Transport invoices and CMR straight from your trips
No retyping invoices: 4Cargo builds one from the client's trips, fills in the details from the client card, works out the VAT and prepares a PDF. The client gets the invoice by e-mail together with the trips' CMR scans.
How an invoice is made
Enter the same invoice number in the trips that belong on one invoice. The next free number is filled in automatically, so numbers never repeat or go missing.
4Cargo groups those trips, adds up the freight, works out VAT at each trip's rate and builds the invoice with your company logo and details.

PDF and sending with the CMRs
The invoice can be produced in Latvian or English and sent to the client's e-mail right from the app. The trips' CMR scans are attached to the message, so the client does not wait for the paperwork separately. The list shows which invoices have been sent.
CMR tracking
Every trip has a CMR flag and a place for the scan. Once a scan is attached, the flag is set by itself. Bulk edit marks CMRs on many trips at once, and a filter shows the trips that have no invoice number yet.
Every invoice of a client on their card
The client card lists all transport invoices issued to that client with the amounts due and a total. It also keeps the registration and VAT number, addresses, bank details, several phones and e-mails with contact persons.

Questions and answers
Can an invoice be made in English?
Yes. The transport invoice PDF can be produced in Latvian or English, which is handy for clients abroad.
Can one invoice cover several trips?
Yes. All trips with the same invoice number go onto one invoice, and the total is worked out automatically.
Does 4Cargo replace accounting software?
No. 4Cargo issues transport invoices and keeps trip records, while bookkeeping such as the balance sheet and tax returns stays with your accountant and their software.
