Driving licence and Code 95 always valid
If a driving licence or Code 95 expires unnoticed, the driver cannot drive and the trip has to be rearranged. 4Cargo keeps every employee's papers and dates on one card and warns you in time whose document is about to run out.
The employee card
The card holds everything about an employee, and it opens on a phone too.
- First and last name, personal code, date of birth, phone and e-mail
- Start date and employee type: driver, mechanic, accountant or other
- ID document: type, number and expiry date
- Driving licence number and expiry date
- Code 95 expiry date
- Holidays with dates and a day count
- Comment
Alerts before things expire
Right after sign-in the dashboard shows a table of staff whose ID, driving licence or Code 95 is about to expire. The closer the date, the stronger the highlight.
The administrator sets how many days in advance to warn. The same dashboard also lists vehicle deadlines: roadworthiness test, insurance, tachograph and more.
Staff and trips
Only active drivers can be picked for a trip. When someone leaves, mark them as inactive: they are no longer offered for new trips, but their trips, pay and documents stay. The driver's card also shows their trips and pay.
Types that fit your company
Employee and document types are lists the administrator edits, so you can add, for example, a forwarder as an employee type or a residence permit as a document type.

Questions and answers
How far in advance does the app warn?
The administrator sets that. Alerts appear on the dashboard right after sign-in, with dates expiring soon highlighted.
Can I keep mechanics and office staff too?
Yes. The employee type is picked from a list, and only drivers are offered for trips.
Who sees employees' personal data?
Only users the administrator has given access to the Staff section. Each company's data lives in its own database on EU servers.
