4Cargo is an online system for Baltic hauliers running their own trucks. It brings together the daily work that usually sits scattered across spreadsheets, e-mails and notes: trips, vehicles, drivers, clients, invoices and pay.
What 4Cargo is
One app whose sections are linked: a trip flows into the invoice and the driver's pay, vehicle and driver deadlines show up on the dashboard.

Who 4Cargo is for
Hauliers with their own trucks - small fleets and larger ones. The base plan covers up to 5 trucks; for a bigger fleet we agree the price.
The app is built for Latvia and the Baltics: Latvian and Russian interface, invoices in Latvian or English, Latvian road charge and roadworthiness test dates.
What 4Cargo does not do
To be clear: 4Cargo is not a GPS tracking system and not accounting software. It does not show trucks on a map and does not keep a balance sheet or file tax returns. It records trips, fleet, staff, invoices and pay, and your accountant can use the issued invoices and reports in their own software.
Security and access
Everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install or update - everyone is always on the latest version.
- Each company has its own separate database on EU servers
- The administrator sets each user's rights in each section: view, create, edit, delete
- A deleted record is not gone: it can be restored
- No limit on the number of users
Tailored to how you work
The app is built from modules. By arrangement we add fields, lists, documents, reports and whole sections without rewriting the system, and move your data over from Excel.

Is 4Cargo a TMS?
4Cargo covers the TMS basics for a small or mid-sized haulier: trips, fleet, drivers, invoices and pay. It has no GPS tracking and no freight exchange integration.
How much does 4Cargo cost?
€35 a month excl. VAT per company for up to 5 trucks, with unlimited users. The first 30 days are free and contract-free.
Does it suit a forwarder without its own trucks?
4Cargo is built for hauliers with their own fleet. A trip can carry a subcontractor's vehicle number, but forwarding-specific features are not included - they can be added by arrangement.
