A vehicle's whole history on one card

The card holds the vehicle's basic data plus a tab for each kind of history. Nothing gets lost in e-mails and folders, and a new mechanic sees straight away what was done to the truck.

• Make and model, build date, plate number, VIN and registration certificate number
• Repairs: date, what was done and which staff did it
• Servicing: date, odometer and next service odometer
• Roadworthiness test: next test date and tax amount
• MTPL insurance (OCTA): period, cost and insurer
• Tachograph and EKA copy with expiry dates

Alerts before things expire

Roadworthiness test, insurance, tachograph, EKA and Latvian road charge dates show right in the vehicle list, with the ones expiring soon highlighted.

Right after sign-in the dashboard lists every upcoming deadline, for both vehicles and staff. The administrator sets how many days in advance to warn.

Fuel and costs

Fuel cards are linked to vehicles, and litres and amount excl. VAT are recorded per card per month. Insurance cost and tax amount are kept on the vehicle card, so costs are easy to find.

Everyone gets their own access

A mechanic can be given the fleet section only, a dispatcher the trips, an accountant the invoices and pay. The app works on a phone too, so a repair can be logged right in the workshop.
