Who processes the data

What data
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: name, company, phone, e-mail, number of trucks, chosen plan and message. To prevent spam, a pseudonymised (hashed) IP address and the time of sending are kept for one day.
Why
To answer your enquiry, show you the software and agree on getting you started. The data is not used for advertising or newsletters.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep the enquiry while we are in contact about getting started, and no longer than 6 months if no contract is signed. The IP hash is deleted after one day.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for their own purposes. The website and e-mail run on servers of the hosting provider Hostinger in the EU, which processes the data only on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and video are loaded from this same site.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing or withdraw consent - call or write to us. You can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
