No. 4Cargo runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. All you need is an internet connection and a login.
No card and no contract. Send an enquiry and we'll open access. After 30 days you either sign a contract and pay - and all your data stays - or access is closed.
On servers in the EU. Each company has its own separate database, so different clients' data never mix.
Yes, by agreement: we transfer your trips, trucks, staff and clients ourselves. There is no import button in the software - this is work we do for you.
The interface is in Latvian and Russian; each employee picks their own. There is no English interface. Transport invoices can be printed in Latvian or English.
Yes. Add as many users as you need; the administrator grants each of them rights per section: view, create, edit, delete.
If you have more than 5 trucks, or need a feature, report or document that the base version doesn't have, we'll discuss it, quote the timeline and price, and add it to your software. Moving your data from Excel is part of this too.
Monthly, by invoice: €35 excl. VAT per company. You can cancel at any time and we'll hand over your data as an export.
